Sephora in Miami, FL is hiring an Asset Protection Partner to safeguard assets and support a safe, inclusive environment for clients and employees. You will work with store leaders to implement safety and shrink strategies, monitor activity, and handle incidents with professionalism.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or loss prevention, the ability to collaborate across teams, and comfort with CCTV/reporting tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail operations, sales, hospitality, asset protection, or loss prevention
• Understanding of retail operations, shrink, and safety
• Ability to build trust and collaborate across teams
• Conflict de-escalation skills
• Comfortable with CCTV and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Promote safety & awareness; lead/join meetings and training
• Maintain strong store presence; spend 75-80% on selling floor
• Partner with leadership; align shrink reduction and safety initiatives
• Monitor & investigate; use CCTV and reporting tools
• Incident response; de-escalate situations; prioritize safety
• Execute audits and reporting; prepare asset protection reports
• Adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements
• Support multiple locations as needed
• Represent Sephora; testify in court if required
