CVS Health Corporation seeks an Asset Protection Coordinator to improve the retail customer experience and mitigate losses from external theft in store locations. This role emphasizes customer service and theft prevention rather than apprehending suspects, with regular monitoring of store activity and collaboration with leadership.

The APC will prepare External Theft reports in the Auror system and work with the Asset Protection team.

• Excellent observational skills to detect and deter theft.
• Ability to communicate clearly with teams and leadership.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Provide attentive customer service and secure merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store activity and report theft or vulnerabilities to leadership.
• Prepare External Theft reports in Auror system and share intelligence with stakeholders.
