Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and move around the store for the majority of the shift.
• Excellent observational skills and memory for details.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or loss prevention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive customer service and secure shelves as needed.
• Monitor store activity to deter external theft and share observations with management.
• Prepare and file external theft reports in Auror system and coordinate with AP teams.
