Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to improve the retail customer experience and mitigate losses from external theft in the assigned store. The APC collaborates with store leadership and Asset Protection to monitor activity, gather information, and deter theft without apprehending suspects.

The role emphasizes customer service, security tagging, and reporting in Auror, with a required 40-hour work week and a pay range of $19.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to greet and assist customers.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail when monitoring store activity.
• Clear written and verbal communication with store leadership and AP teams.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly customer service and assist with securing shelves per requests.
• Move around the store to monitor activity and report observations to Store Management.
• Inspect high-risk product categories to deter theft and protect CVS assets.
• Ensure use of approved asset protection equipment and security labeling program.
• Prepare External Theft reports in Auror and share intelligence with stakeholders.
