Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly customer service and assist with opening/securing locked shelves.
• Monitor store activity to deter loss and communicate observations to Store Management.
• Inspect high-risk product categories to deter theft.
• Ensure use of approved asset protection equipment and labeling.
• Prepare External Theft reports in Auror and share intelligence with stakeholders.
