Job summary

CVS Health in Los Angeles seeks an Asset Protection Coordinator to strengthen loss prevention, improve the customer experience, and protect CVS Pharmacy assets. The APC will monitor store activity, assist with securing devices, and work with store leadership and AP teams.

This role emphasizes customer service and prevention of theft, not apprehension. Responsibilities include assisting customers, reporting external theft in Auror, sharing intelligence with the District AP Leader, and supporting

Qualifications

Stand/walk throughout store to provide customer service and prevent theft.
Excellent observational skills and ability to recall and describe detailed facts.
Able to engage and communicate well with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and prepare external theft reports as needed.
Work a flexible schedule that will include weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to prevent theft and secure devices as needed (60%).
External Theft Reporting and reviewing potential links of habitual offenders in Auror system; proactive intelligence sharing with AP leadership.
Monitor store compliance with AP programs and take corrective actions to mitigate vulnerabilities.
