This development role prepares you for future leadership within OSJL, with opportunities to train staff, manage schedules, and maintain pricing accuracy, signage, and backroom stock while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in other retail environments required.
• Prior customer service experience, training experience, and merchandising ordering/receiving/stocking in retail environments preferred.
• Computer skills: Google Workspace (Email, Sites, Slides, Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Qlik.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
