Dollar Tree Stores is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead design, assessment, and permitting for new store, relocation, and expansion projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will oversee 50–70 projects annually, coordinating with Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, Logistics, and Operations to ensure schedule adherence, budget alignment, and quality standards across multiple states. Strong AutoCAD/Bluebeam and project-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Minimum of three years of architectural project management experience, including tenant improvement and ground-up commercial construction across multiple states.
• Ground-up construction experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced retail development environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building systems, building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting processes.
• Experience coordinating project teams and communicating project status to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in project planning and scheduling.
• Experience managing consultant contracts, fee proposals, change orders, and project budgets.
• Working knowledge of lease exhibits and landlord/tenant work responsibilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.

Responsabilités

• Oversee approximately 50–70 projects annually from pre-construction through permitting and construction documentation.
• Review LOIs, exhibits, lease language, and project criteria to define scope for A&E partners.
• Manage architectural design process to ensure on-schedule delivery and quality.
• Monitor A&E performance for timely, high-quality construction documents.
• Track permitting activities and identify risks with mitigation plans.
• Serve as primary contact for external A&E consultants and landlords.
• Coordinate with Real Estate to align scopes with deal structure and costs objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of building codes, ADA, permitting processes, and documentation standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, Store Planning, Logistics, Operations.
