Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with four to six years related experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; progressive supervisory/managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Maintain staffing levels by interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and disciplining staff.
• Assist customers with selections, purchases, exchanges and directions around the property.
• Conduct monthly retail merchandise inventory.
• Assist in budgeting and analyze variances to maximize profitability.
• Implement security measures to safeguard merchandise.
• Pursue ongoing professional development.
• Ensure accurate merchandising inventories and displays.
• Resolve issues creatively via effective communication.
• Address customer requests and complaints promptly.
• Strive for maximum service levels in Retail and Arcade.
• Organize regular departmental meetings with Retail Clerks.
• Collaborate with vendors on merchandise variety.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.

• Provide event usher duties as needed.
