Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Restaurant and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant and beverage operations on an assigned shift, ensuring policy compliance and high service standards.

You will assist with scheduling, staff supervision, inventory and cash handling, and guest relations. A High School diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years supervisory restaurant/bar experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One to two years restaurant or bar supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of ABC codes and alcohol awareness.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and Team Members to provide excellent service.
• Enforce policies and procedures related to Restaurant and Beverage operations.
• Schedule staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and team relations.
• Oversee inventory control and cash-handling processes.
• Promote safe, compliant workplace and training of team members.
