Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California seeks a Retail and Arcade Operations Manager to oversee the successful management of Retail and Arcade through development and direction, in accordance with company policies, budgets, procedures and specifications.

You will lead staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and customer-service initiatives while maintaining high standards of service and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4–6 years related experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 3–5 years of retail supervisory/managerial experience.
• Ability to read, interpret documents and write reports.
• Ability to speak before groups of customers or employees.
• Strong math and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Staffing and scheduling Retail and Arcade employees.
• Assist customers with selection and purchases.
• Conduct monthly inventory of Retail merchandise.
• Assist in budgeting and pricing decisions to maximize profitability.
• Ensure security of merchandise.
