Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino in California is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional guest service and quality food production. You will lead Team Members, uphold standards, and help manage daily operations on the restaurant floor.

You will schedule, train, and evaluate staff, monitor food safety and health regulations, and ensure cost controls, budgeting, and performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business or restaurant management preferred.
• One to two years’ supervisory experience in a restaurant required.
• HS Diploma or GED required; appropriate licenser.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with the public and Team Members to ensure service excellence.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in enforcing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Schedule, train, and evaluate Team Members; ensure food safety compliance.
• Maintain smooth floor operations and provide customer service leadership.
• Monitor budget, labor, and restaurant benchmarks for cost control.
• Address customer grievances and resolve issues promptly.
