Job summary

Ascent Hospitality Management is seeking a Retail Application Support Specialist in Sandy Springs, GA. You will provide technical support for retail applications, including Crunchtime, OLO, and loyalty programs, while partnering with IT, store operations, and vendors to drive performance and uptime.

The role requires troubleshooting skills, documentation of known issues, and participation in deployments of new retail technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a retail environment.
Strong understanding of retail operations and technologies (POS, ERP, CRM, etc.).
Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and working with ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Provides all levels of support for retail technology applications and POS integration, primarily Crunchtime, plus OLO, loyalty programs, and payment processors.
Monitor application performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with IT, store ops, and vendors for training, audits, updates, NSOs, and enhancements.
Maintain Crunchtime solution including programming, mapping, reporting, and error handling for Labor and Inventory modules.
Document support procedures, known issues, and resolutions in a knowledge base.
Participate in testing and deployment of new retail technologies and upgrades.
Retail IT app escalation point for Level 1 and 2 support.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
