Job summary

URBN's Nuuly is seeking an Assistant Business Analyst to support the Buying and Planning teams with reporting, analytics, and system needs. You will help maintain data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve day-to-day workflows in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools (Looker, BigQuery) and planning systems (o9), own recurring reports, conduct data audits, and contribute to process documentation and training to empower

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Retail analytics experience or similar field with ad hoc reporting exposure.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with BI tools and SQL basics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Buying and Planning teams to support daily reporting, analytics, and system needs with attention to large datasets.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting using Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools, and planning systems.
• Own assigned recurring reports, data audits, and scrubs, investigate discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• QA reporting outputs by testing, documenting issues, and tracking fixes.
• Maintain and update SOPs and training materials for planning and reporting tools.
• Develop understanding of Buying and Planning processes and KPIs.
