Living Spaces Furniture seeks a Manager of Retail BI & Analytics to lead a team delivering BI, analytics, and AI solutions across retail. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and partner with leadership to drive profitability and customer experience.

You will guide a roadmap for analytics, establish governance, and mentor a high-performing team. Strong leadership and storytelling with data are essential, along with expertise in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in BI/Analytics leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple analytical initiatives and presenting to senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency with Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Excel; data governance and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of BI, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Translate business challenges into insights and innovative analytics.
• Identify and lead AI initiatives to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Present clear data-driven narratives to executives and leaders.
• Establish data governance, KPI standards, and best practices across tools.
• Hire, coach, and mentor the BI & Analytics team.
