Job summary

Living Spaces is seeking a Manager, Retail Business Intelligence & Analytics in La Mirada, CA. Lead BI, analytics, and AI initiatives; shape the analytics roadmap and partner with field teams to drive performance.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, tell stories with data, and mentor a team of BI professionals to deliver trusted, decision-ready analytics across Retail operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 5+ years in BI/analytics
• Proven ability to present data and insights to senior leaders
• Experience leading multiple analytics initiatives and coaching teams

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of BI, analytics, and AI solutions
• Translate business challenges into actionable insights and AI-enabled tools
• Establish data governance, KPI standards, and reporting methodologies
• Lead and develop the Retail BI & Analytics team and set strategic roadmaps
• Partner with Retail leadership to drive data-driven decision making
