Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Allocator to drive inventory allocation and sell-through for Apparel and Accessories across the U.S. and Canada.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, Buying, and Visual teams to ensure right product reaches the right stores in the correct quantities and timing. Responsibilities include executing allocations, analyzing inventory trends, and developing reporting to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or a related inventory management role.
• Strong aptitude for numbers with solid retail math skills and an understanding of forecasting methodology.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIF, IF statements, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of financial measurements and how allocation decisions impact them.
• Agile and adaptable — able to pivot quickly based on shifting business needs and calendar milestones.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Knowledge of retail allocation systems (e.g., Aptos) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute store and size-level allocations for Apparel and Accessories across domestic U.S. and Canada Skechers locations.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to balance with business objectives.
• Manage size breaks, curves, and pack strategies to optimize sell-through and minimize stockouts.
• Set up model stock replenishment for basic/core items with sales shifts and seasons.
• Coordinate with Distribution Center on inventory flow and seasonality.
