Job summary

Skechers is seeking a retail allocator to analyze merchandise sales and optimize inventory distribution across the USA & Canada retail network. The role ensures the right products are in the right stores at the right time to maximize sales and profitability.

You will collaborate with region store planners, buyers and merchandisers to inform allocation decisions and achieve retail financial plans, while minimizing markdowns and transfers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making using retail math.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with retail allocation software preferred.
• Experience in footwear retail preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust store inventory by product category to optimize sales.
• Fulfill open-to-ship targets weekly per guidance.
• Maintain store inventory within 5% of target levels.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning and store ops to align on strategies.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery to stores.
