Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and retail math.
• Attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent written and oral communication across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with retail allocation software preferred (e.g., O9, Blue Yonder, Oracle Retail) but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust store inventory by product category based on sales and promotions.
• Use allocation software to execute distribution plans and replenish from DCs to stores.
• Fulfils open-to-ship targets weekly following regional guidance.
• Maintain store on-hand inventory within 5% of target.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning and store ops to align inventory goals.
• Analyze sales data and trends to inform allocation decisions and report insights to management.
• Coordinate with supply chain and store ops to ensure timely deliveries.
