Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with retail allocation software preferred (O9/Blue Yonder/Oracle Retail).

Responsibilities

• Monitors and adjusts store inventory by product category based on sales and promotions.
• Uses allocation software to execute distribution plans and replenish from DCs.
• Fulfills open-to-ship targets weekly per guidance from planners.
• Maintains store on-hand inventory within 5% of targets.
• Collaborates with merchandising, planning, and store ops to align goals.
• Analyzes sales data to inform allocation decisions and lifecycle management.
• Prepares reports on sales and inventory performance for senior management.
• Coordinates with supply chain and store ops for timely delivery.
