Job summary

Skechers U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Retail Allocator to drive store-level inventory management for Apparel and Accessories across the US and Canada.

You will work with Merchandise Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Visual, and Retail Field teams to ensure timely product availability and optimized stock levels. Responsibilities include store allocations, trend analyses, and reporting to maximize sell-through and margin while maintaining alignment with seasonal strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in allocation, replenishment, merchandise planning, or related inventory management.
• Strong aptitude for numbers with solid retail math skills and forecasting understanding.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIF, IF statements, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Execute store and size-level allocations for Apparel and Accessories across US and Canada Skechers retail locations.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across the store network to maintain balance with business objectives.
• Manage size breaks, size curves, and pack strategies to optimize sell-through and reduce stockouts.
• Set up and maintain model stock replenishment for basic/core items with ongoing adjustments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure right product reaches the right stores at the right time.
• Analyze sales and inventory trends to drive maximum performance at chain and store levels.
• Develop and maintain selling and inventory reports and complete ad hoc analyses as needed.
