Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. is seeking a Retail Allocator to drive inventory and allocation strategies for Apparel & Accessories across Skechers stores in the United States and Canada.

You will manage store- and size-level allocations, monitor inventory and optimize sell-through to support financial goals and in-store experience. The role collaborates with Merchandise Planning, Buying, Merchandising, Visual, and Retail Field teams, ensuring timely product moves and efficient replenishment.

Qualifications

• Advanced retail math and inventory management knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills: VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, Pivot Tables.
• Ability to analyze inventory trends and translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Execute store- and size-level allocations for Apparel and Accessories in US & Canada.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans based on sales shifts and promotions.
• Manage stock replenishment and address overstock/stockout situations.
• Prepare and present selling/inventory reports and ad hoc analyses for decision making.
