Job summary

The LEGO Group in Boston seeks a Retail Allocation Manager to own daily allocation and replenishment for a defined store group. You will ensure optimal stock availability, drive efficiency, and collaborate with stores, logistics and central teams to execute strategies.

This role requires strong system knowledge (o9, SAP), advanced analytics, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Expect a hybrid schedule with some early shifts during peak periods, plus opportunities to impact inventory

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in allocation, replenishment, and inventory planning within high-volume retail environments.
• Advanced proficiency with planning and forecasting systems (o9, SAP) to support data-driven inventory strategies.
• Demonstrated ownership mentality, prioritizing initiatives and delivering results with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven improvements.
• Excellent communication to influence stores, supply chain partners, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute and review daily allocation and replenishment plans in o9 for assigned store groups.
• Monitor inventory positions, stock imbalances, and exception alerts.
• Resolve exceptions within thresholds and elevate as needed.
• Adjust planning parameters to respond to changing demand or supply conditions.
• Ensure accurate execution of stock transfer orders into ERP systems.
• Liaise with stores, logistics and central teams for smooth execution.
• Track and report performance indicators for assigned stores.
• Provide guidance on allocation strategies and exception management as liaison between allocators and inventory planning lead.
• Own allocation and replenishment performance across the managed store network.
• Drive continuous improvement in allocation processes, system utilization, and parameter optimization.
