Job summary

L&R Distributors in the United States is seeking an Allocation Analyst to support the Allocation Team within the Category Development group. You will help plan and distribute products for seasonal store updates, coordinating across teams to meet goals and report to the Director of Allocations.

The role requires 2–5 years of allocation experience in retail, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and familiarity with planograms, Asana, Outlook and Teams.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of allocation experience within the retail environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with the intersection between assortment planning, planogramming and allocations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing product distributions for seasonal updates in stores.
• Identify needs, place orders, track orders, and release sales orders.
• Enter, link, and allocate merchandise in planograms for proper placement.
• Share project updates and potential issues with team members to ensure onboarding.
• Work on improving allocation processes with other teams.
• Build relationships with different teams and departments.
