Job summary

The LEGO Group in Enfield, CT is seeking a Distribution Specialist to provide operational support for Gift Card and Pick-a-Brick, manage orders and inventory, and coordinate warehouse activities. You will work with SAP and ERP tools to ensure timely fulfillment and optimal stock levels.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with distribution operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is required.
Proficient in distribution, warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
Intermediate data analysis and reporting skills to identify trends and issues.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for Gift Card and Pick-a-Brick businesses and warehouse amendment support.
Process, monitor, and manage orders and replenishment transactions in SAP and other systems.
Collaborate with Supply and Inventory Planning to ensure inventory aligns with demand.
Support PAB supply from Billund warehouse and coordinate with warehousing/3PL teams for order fulfillment.
Monitor order and replenishment status and identify shortages or risks.
Drive continuous improvement to improve process efficiency and inventory flow.
