Marshalls in Vadnais Heights, MN is looking for a retail support associate to help store management with daily administrative tasks and to ensure an excellent customer experience. You will engage with customers, maintain store standards, and support scheduling, onboarding and training of new associates.

The role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, strong communication, and teamwork. Prior retail experience and leadership exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred.
