Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow
• Engage customers to deliver an excellent service experience
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintain clean, organized backroom and sales floor with proper tagging
• Communicate with management to prioritize tasks and improve productivity
• Ensure labor compliance and safety policies are followed
• Promote store programs and loss-prevention goals
