Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years managing key accounts in retail or CPG.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web browsers.

Responsibilities

• Act as an account manager for assigned retail sales and merchandising accounts.
• Grow sales through incremental displays and plan-o-gram execution.
• Develop relationships with store decision makers at region/market level.
• Follow sales call standards and coverage plans.
• Complete accurate paperwork, reports, and timesheets.
