Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with mass-market retail customers, including grocery retailers. This onsite role in Laurel, MD involves travel to local and nationwide customers, with expenses covered, to help customers succeed while meeting sales and profit goals.

The candidate will handle day-to-day account management, expand share of wallet, and coordinate with the CMU HOME team and CRM tools to maintain data and drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for customers and inquiries; ensure satisfaction.
• Expand wallet share with existing customers; coordinate with specialists and brokers.
• Coordinate activities with FreshPoint CMU HOME team and manage order guides and alerts.
• Utilize CRM tools for account management and data tracking.
