Job summary

As an Access Control Officer in a retail setting, you’ll deter incidents with a visible presence, respond to incidents calmly, and document observations for site leadership and supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with access-control procedures and customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store clients, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify entry, and maintain visitor and vendor records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate through reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations and communicate information to site leadership.
