Qualifications

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to retail store clients, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor and control access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery records.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters through reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, receiving areas, sales-floor access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
