Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to store associates, visitors and delivery personnel.
• Monitor and control access points; verify credentials and logs.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail areas and perimeters.
• Complete reports and logs accurately.
