Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue and collect visitor badges, and maintain accurate access-control logs.
• Respond to access-control alarms, unauthorized entry attempts, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
