Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency is required.
• Title Loan Experience !!!! is required.
• Ability to work scheduled rotating Saturdays.
• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach team members.
• Set performance expectations and monitor results.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Foster a positive, professional team culture.
• Oversee daily store operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
• Manage office organization and supplies.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers.
• Handle escalated concerns professionally.
• Review loan applications and vehicle evaluations.
• Ensure accurate processing of payments and account updates.
• Drive store performance and achieve company goals.
• Monitor metrics and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure strong customer follow-up and communication.
