Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary/contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, coach, and place candidates, while building strong relationships with job seekers and client companies.

You will post jobs, conduct outreach, and guide candidates from resume tips to interview prep and offers. A highly motivated, results-driven approach is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking.
• Post jobs on job boards.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
• Interview prospective candidates and prep them for client interviews.
• Contact candidates post-interview and manage next steps.
• Deliver offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Reach out to candidates on assignment and provide needed support.
