Job summary

Retro Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Sales Manager to enhance the performance of our franchise clubs through the Retro Results Training Services and energy-driven customer experiences. You will align with the Retro Operations culture and promote the brand values in a results-focused environment.

The role leads the Retro Results Coaches and collaborates with the General Manager to achieve department goals while ensuring high standards of fitness service offerings across outlets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate clearly with members.
• Ability to conduct training sessions with large and small groups.
• Willingness to work designated shifts as determined by management.
• Fundamentals of physical fitness and proper exercise technique.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed department sales and revenue goals as set by upper management.
• Schedule Retro Results staff hours within the budget.
• Schedule Retro Results Training Services.
• Maintain credibility of Retro Results Fitness offerings and the Retro Fitness Outlet.
• Lead Retro Results Coaches by example.
