Retro Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to oversee the Retro Results program and drive profitability across the gym network. The role requires strong sales ability, excellent communication, and the skill to motivate both clients and trainers.

The candidate should have a NASM PT certification preferred and CPR/AED certification. This on-site position will lead a team of trainers and contribute to member satisfaction and growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial Fitness Orientation Sessions for new members.

• Perform monthly follow up appointments.
• Ensure the overall profitability of the Retro Results Program.
• Ensure the overall credibility of the Retro Results Program.
