Job summary

Tidelands Health is seeking a Practice Manager III to lead clinical operations across its medical offices and align with the mission and strategic vision. You will work with physicians and staff to develop, plan, and implement the TH business plan, including budgeting, billing, and compliance to support high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervising clinic staff, coordinating provider schedules, and driving process improvements while ensuring regulatory and Meaningful Use standards are

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in healthcare/business with relevant management experience
• Master's degree preferred in health/admin or business
• 7+ years in medical clinic management or related supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and align with TH mission and strategy
• Develop and implement the clinic business plan, including budgets and metrics
• Directly supervise staff (MA’s, Patient Specialists) and manage scheduling
• Ensure staffing coverage and timely employee evaluations; support hiring and onboarding
• Collaborate with Quality and Clinical leadership to improve processes and compliance
