Job summary

Three Waters Resort & Marina in Islamorada, Florida Keys, part of the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining venue. You will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentations.

The role involves coaching a team, implementing marketing strategies, and monitoring profitability to support our culinary excellence. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Six months to one year in a management position.
• Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
