Job summary

Blue Coral Staffing Corp. seeks an Associate in Corporate Finance Restructuring Advisory in the Las Vegas area.

You will participate in bankruptcy-related financial analysis, develop complex models, and value firms while supporting engagements for debtors, trustees, and creditors across diverse industries. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in restructuring or related fields, with advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and a strong academic record.

Qualifications

1–3 years in corporate restructuring, investment banking, private equity, or related roles.
Superior financial modeling skills (3-statement models, LBO)
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; proficiency with financial/data analytics
Strong academic record from a reputable program (undergraduate/graduate)
CFA/CPA or other financial designation a plus
Familiarity with the US Bankruptcy Code is a plus
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Willingness to work hard to meet client deadlines; eager to learn and advance

Responsibilities

Evaluate first-day motions, 13-week cash flow analyses, liquidity forecasting and recovery waterfalls
Create detailed 3-statement financial models and company valuations
Assist with pitch books and research for potential clients
Collaborate with senior staff and clients to craft comprehensive financial solutions across industries
