Qualifications

• 5+ years of related professional work experience including 3+ years in corporate restructuring, investment banking, special situations, fiduciary services, bankruptcy estate administration, or relevant legal or financial positions
• Must successfully complete financial modeling testing and case study assessment – specifically the ability to create detailed 3-statement models (e.g., LBO)
• Lead day-to-day project for ABC engagements with budgets and timelines from diligence to final distribution and estate closure
• Manage multiple concurrent estates, deadlines, deliverables, and engagement economics while updating senior leadership and clients
• Oversee administration of estates including asset preservation, cash management, and wind-down of operations
• Oversee marketing and disposition of estate assets with brokers and auctioneers to maximize creditor value
• Oversee the claims process including proofs of claim review, objections, and negotiated resolutions
• Design and execute creditor distributions with waterfall analyses
• Prepare estate financial reporting and budget-to-actual analyses
• Familiarity with ABC statutes and US Bankruptcy Code chapters 7 and 11 preferred
• Hard-work ethic with willingness to meet deadlines and pursue advancement

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of estate administration from pre‑assignment planning through asset disposition and estate closure
• Lead multiple ABC engagements and project teams with work plans, budgets and timelines
• Manage multiple concurrent estates and communicate status to senior leadership and clients
• Direct estate administration including asset identification, cash management, insurance, and records
• Oversee the marketing and disposition of estate assets with brokers and auctioneers
• Oversee the claims process including proofs of claim and objections
• Design distributions to creditors with support from waterfall analyses
• Prepare estate financial reporting and budget-to-actual analyses
