Formación
- 1–3 years in corporate restructuring, investment banking, private equity, finance or related fields.
- Strong academic record from a reputable program.
- Pursuit of CPA, CFA or other financial designations is favorable.
Responsabilidades
- Technical Skills: complete prescribed modeling or other technical tests.
- Analytics: evaluate first-day motions, 13-week cash flows, liquidity forecasts, and related analyses.
- Financial Modeling: build detailed 3-statement models and valuations.
- Client Focus: assist with pitch materials and provide research for potential clients.
- Communication: interact with senior personnel to present concise, logical financial solutions.
