Job summary

Province Firm is seeking a candidates to participate in all engagements, including bankruptcy-related financial analysis, litigation support, and complex financial modeling. You will work with debtors, committees and trustees on varied cases across industries.

Ideal applicants have 1–3 years of experience in corporate restructuring, investment banking, or related finance roles, with strong academic records and CPA/CFA prospects viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with financial/data analytics.
• Familiarity with US Bankruptcy code is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist with bankruptcy-related financial and legal analysis and valuations.
• Develop complex financial models and three-statement projections.
• Prepare pitch books and research for potential clients.
• Convey findings and solutions to senior personnel across industries.
