Job summary

The University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Lead Restorative Practices Coordinator to support collaborative efforts with public schools, fostering a positive relational school culture. You will facilitate restorative practices with students, families, and staff, and work with partners to align services with ongoing support programs.

The role requires a master’s degree and at least three years of youth-focused experience, with 90% of your time dedicated to directly supporting discipline reform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of youth work experience.
• Master's degree preferred in social work or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate restorative practices with students, parents, teachers and staff.
• Assist with program monitoring and evaluation and attend trainings.
• Collaborate with related initiatives to align with support services.
• Coordinate restorative practice activities at partner schools.
• Spend majority of time directly supporting discipline reform efforts.
