Job summary

Jade Financial seeks an experienced Restorative Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restoration services, ensure accurate documentation, and supervise CNAs and nursing staff within the facility. Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Illinois (rehab certification preferred).
• Strong reading, writing and spoken English skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise nursing staff and CNAs.
• Demonstrated independent decision-making in care planning and execution.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, relevant laws, and long-term care regulations including MDS and reimbursements.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop/restorative care plans with IDT input.
• Direct CNAs to ensure compliance with restorative programs and accurate documentation.
• Provide training and supervision to staff on restorative nursing and reporting.
• Ensure timely completion of clinical records and regulatory documentation.
• Participate in care plan conferences and Medicare meetings; monitor program effectiveness.
