• Develop work assignments and supervise staff to ensure nursing standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary nursing environment.
• Review care plans and ensure care delivery aligns with resident plans.
• Ensure resident rights are protected and HIPAA confidentiality is maintained.
• Provide excellent customer service and participate in the SMILE program.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
