Job summary

The Alden Network is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to lead and supervise the restorative nursing program within the facility. You will liaison between therapy and nursing, promoting a restorative philosophy across departments to help residents reach their highest level of function.

The role requires active restorative certification, IL RN/LPN license, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

Must have current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Illinois.
Must be restorative certified by an accredited school.
Must have CPR certification or obtain within two weeks of employment.
Must read/write/speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

Plan, implement and supervise restorative nursing programs per facility guidelines.
Coordinate with Nursing, Therapy and Dietary to ensure restorative plans are followed.
Maintain documentation as required and monitor patient progress.
Attend care planning conferences and contribute to care plans.
