Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years of Restorative Nursing experience required.
• Current Restorative Nurse certification in accordance with state regulations preferred.
• The incumbent must be a nurse currently registered with the State Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Back up the MDS Coordinator and supervise the restorative nursing program.
• Perform rehabilitation assessments for new admissions and quarterly for existing patients.
• Oversee that all restorative nursing measures are documented properly.
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Director of Nursing for staff orientation.
