Qualifications

• One (1) year of Restorative RN or LPN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred.
• C.P.R certification required.
• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license.

• Assist residents in reaching and maintaining mobility potential.
• Evaluate residents' restorative nursing programs and perform assessments.
