Job summary

The Shores Post Acute in San Diego, CA, seeks a dedicated Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to support restorative care under a physician’s order and document ADLs, I&Os, vitals, and meal percentages. You’ll collaborate with Nursing and rehab staff to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Current RNA certification required.
• Active BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs restorative/rehabilitation care and services with residents as indicated in care plans.
• Document resident participation and responses per regulations and policy.
• Collaborate with Nursing and rehab staff to meet resident needs.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, and positioning residents.
